“The funeral service for my Granddaughter Markala Smith on Wednesday under the consultation Of Breana was horrible. My Granddaughter passed on January 28 she buried February 13.1. Breana was not a compassionate person at all toward Markalas mother and father.2. Put many people lives in danger young and old. She allowed a brawl to break out among young people the police was called guns were pulled out.3 A very rude person from his staff came yelling in the hall wat for everyone to leave at once she walked in the chapel to land said this funeral is over everyone leave out now my daughter asked if she could see her daughter and she rudely said no. I told her I would be calling the the board of funeral directors she calm down and tried to talk me out of it and decided to allow my daughter to visit with her my Granddaughter father had already been forced to leave. I think the incident should have been ordered completely different. The employee by the name Breana put many life's in danger.I will never support levett on flat shoals parkway or any of business to anyone. It is already a difficult time but to be rudely treated by someone like Breana at Levett Funeral home is disgusting”

“Absolutely unacceptable service. Do not entrust these people to "NOT" care for anyone you love. Be especially cautious if your having a cremation service because their record keeping and filing standards are non existent and if they dont have the ability to keep up with files pertaining to your service then you surely cant trust them to be handling your loved ones with any care. The management is rude, brass and have horrible attitudes After you pay them upfront. In my opinion they are the worst people to deal with at a time when you you need a service standards the most. They do have a lovely physical facility yet the hearts of the staff is simply skeletal remains. They did give me beautiful flowers and thats the best thing they have to offer because the funeral directors and the office coordinator are deceptive and unethical. They accidentally end up with many people because they have the transport contract with Dekalb county and what you definitely dont want to do is be taken for a ride by these frauds.”
